EDIT: LOOK HERE GUYS I decided not to be a lazy shit and actually separated the frames - [link]

I wanted to see if something would work so I made a quick thing and thought, 'hey, why not make it into an icon base?' and so I did. eue
TO USE IN PHOTOSHOP:
Save the gif file.
Open Photoshop, go to 'file' and under 'import' click 'video frames to layers'.
Navigate to file which holds saved gif.
Type out the name of the saved gif and a suggestion dropdown should appear, click it and click 'load'.
Be sure to have 'make frame animation' ticked.
Make sure that you have the animation window up while editing.
And you should be able to edit the gif from there. ouo
IN GIMP:
You should be able to automatically open it up as a gif in gimp. Each layer will count as a 'frame'.
IN SAI:
Unfortunately Sai doesn't support animation/animated gifs, but you could try and open it in another program, and edit each frame individually.
So yeah. Feel free to use! Just please don't claim as your own, and if you would then I'd appreciate being credited in the description say you were to post it. ^u^
Base made by me.
Made in Paint Tool Sai and Adobe Photoshop CS4.
